The moon is always the same moon, a silent, constant witness above us. But over these years, I've seen
each month's moon differently. Not because it changed, but because of the days we lived beneath its light.
This series captures the moon within the flow of time: twelve frames for twelve months of the Persian
calendar, each photo taken precisely in its corresponding solar month, from the verdant Farvardin to the
frosty Esfand. Here, the moon is no longer just a celestial body; it becomes a marker of time, of birthdays, of
reunions, and all that has unfolded under its glow. "Moon and Memory" is not merely a photography project,
but an emotional calendar, for those who wish to hold time within a frame.
